Step 1: The Meeting

You tell me the types of things you love (or hate!) and we start to work out exactly what you will be needing in terms of stationery. We will discuss event, location, date, colours, invitation styles, embellishments and quantities. Step 2: Quotation

I always suggest ordering several extra invitation sets to account for errors, forgotten guests, and keepsakes, as well as a minimum of 25 additional outer envelopes for printing errors. If you would like to discuss a partial DIY invitation, I offer my services to train you and your friends in assembling the invitation prior to delivery. Depending on the complexity of your order, your quote will be ready within 24-72 hours after our meeting.
Step 3: Deposit & Contract
At this point, I require a 50% deposit on your order along with the signed copy of the design contract. I accept all major credit cards, as well as cash and personal cheques. Once the deposit is received, I will go ahead and order the materials while we begin finalizing the proofs.
Step 4: Proofing
All proofs are sent as PDF files to the e-mail address(es) given. Three complimentary proof sets are included in the price of your order (additional proof sets are $15 each). Please look over your proofs carefully. This means that you should check them over. Ask a friend to check them over. Then ask someone else to check them one last time. The more sets of eyes that look over your proof, the less likely that something will be missed. All changes should be sent by fax (514 489 1814) or e-mail (proofs@tickletickle.com). Once you are completely satisfied with your proofs, all approved pages should be signed and faxed in. Tickle Tickle is not responsible for any printing errors that were seen on the final, approved proof.
Step 5: Printing & Assembly
Once approved proofs are received, we will begin printing and assembly. Depending on the type of printing chosen, and the complexity of the assembly your order should be ready in approximately 4 to 6 weeks from this point.
Step 6: Delivery
Your order is complete! It`s time to come pick it up or have it delivered. It’s time to mail them out (or have us do it for you!) and collect all the “oohs!” and “aaahs!” from your friends and family.
